Are the royals being deceptive about the Duchess' due date? It's a definite possibility, according to a report cited by Hollywood Life.

Most media outlets revealed Kate Middleton's due date as July 13, but her mom Carole Middleton reportedly hinted to friends that her grandchild would be born under the star sign Leo, which would push his or her upcoming birth date to somewhere around the 23rd.

Hollywood Life also reported that it was Prince William's friends who let slip the July 13th due date, and not a representative from Buckingham Palace. In fact, when a spokesman for the Clarence House announced the royal pregnancy in January, he merely said, "Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in July."

Further evidence suggests that William and Kate weren't preparing for a birth this past weekend, as William made plans to attend a polo match on Sunday in Gloucestershire (more than 90 miles from London) and Kate left the city to relax at her parents' home in Bucklebury (an hour from her hospital).

When do you think the royal baby will arrive?
