This Friday, five contestants will vie for an assistant manager position at the Palm Restaurant Group when "The Job" debuts on CBS.
The fine-dining steakhouse has been owned and operated by members of the Bozzi and Ganzi families for 87 years and has 25 locations across the U.S.
Ahead of the show's premiere, Michael Tammero sat down with Bruce Bozzi Jr., executive vice president of the Palm Restaurant.
Bozzi gave us a sneak peek of what we can expect on the show, shared a few stories about the restaurant's past and served up a delicious meal.
