It was only earlier this month that the Duchess of Cambridge gave birth to a baby princess, but she’s already working hard to regain her royal figure.
Us Weekly reports that Kate Middleton is getting plenty of support from sister Pippa in staying healthy, and it's coming in the form of a nutritious drinkable treat.
“Pippa arranged to have fresh juices delivered to Kate every three days,” a family source tells the celebrity news magazine. “It was a surprise treat. Kate used to blend her own juices and this is much easier.”
Last year, Express reported that the 33-year-old was a fan of juicing for both looking and feeling good: The UK-based news site stated that Middleton began drinking natural fruit and vegetable juices before her wedding to Prince William in 2011, which helped her slim down for the big day.
Middleton apparently loves juicing so much, that the British press have even nicknamed her “The Smoothie Queen.”
In addition to mentioning that Middleton's diet helped her drop an entire dress size, Express added that Middleton was a fan using a Nutribullet extractor to transform her fresh produce into juice. The mini blender, currently available in a variety of major retail stores for about $100 and up, is said to completely break down ingredients “to their most nutritious and absorptive state, meaning you get the maximum nutrition your body needs.”
"But where does she get all the produce?" you may be asking. According to Us Weekly, Middleton frequently visits Back to the Garden, a local organic farm shop in Norfolk county.
Thinking about channeling your inner royal in a different way? No problem — there’s always that coveted hair everyone can’t get enough of.
