Frank Siller, chairman and CEO, appeared on "Fox & Friends" this morning to announce that the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation is about $200,000 away from being able to pay off the mortgages of the families of the slain NYPD police officers Liu and Ramos.
