"Chocolate Bar" means awesome to Dylan Siegel, the 6-year-old who wrote CHOCOLATE BAR, the book, to raise money towards a cure for his best friend Jonah’s rare liver condition, GSD Type 1b.

All money raised goes directly to Jonah’s research fund at the University of Florida where his doctor, GSD expert Dr. David Weinstein, is actively seeking a cure that will have applications for other liver-related diseases as well.

While trying to cure GSD Type 1b, the organization also hopes to show children of all ages that they have power and their actions can change the world.
