The average estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for funds from operations of 71 cents per share.

The company said it had net income of $16.5 million, or 53 cents per share.

The real estate investment trust posted revenue of $34.6 million in the period, surpassing Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $33.5 million.

The company's shares have decreased 7 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $47.72, a decrease of roughly 7 percent in the last 12 months.
