Republican Greg Gianforte won Montana’s special election Thursday despite being charged with assaulting a reporter just hours before polls opened across the state.

Gianforte said in his victory speech late Thursday that his victory is a victory for all Montana. He also used the platform to apologize to the reporter he allegedly assaulted on election eve and a Fox News team that witnessed the encounter.

Former CIA officer Bryan Dean Wright told Fox News Thursday night that the publication of leaked forensic photos by the New York Times after Monday's terror attack in Manchester, England was "deeply disturbing" and "not in the interest of the nation."

"There are grave consequences for these choices," Wright told "Tucker Carlson Tonight." "Imagine you’re an informant ... and you know that your information is going to be leaked or potentially could be leaked.

An employee at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware allegedly offered inspectors a chance to take a look at John Glenn’s dead body while awaiting burial, according to a memo obtained by The Military Times.

An Air Force spokesman at the Pentagon said the service’s inspector general is investigating the issue.

NEW DETAILS ON SAN BERNARDINO

The husband and wife terrorists in San Bernardino were shot by police more than 40 times combined after their 2015 shooting rampage, according to a new report issued by the county's district attorney's office on Thursday.

The 55-page report detailed accounts of nearly two dozen law enforcement officers who were able to take down Syed Rizwan Farook and his wife Tashfeen Malik. The report explains how police located the attackers and the evidence collected after they were killed.
