Sin City and Asian investors are going all in on Chinese tourism.

The Chinese have for decades been regulars in Vegas but they're now being courted in a major way, with some of Las Vegas' latest developments on and off the Strip targeting both Chinese nationals and Chinese-Americans.

Non-stop flights from mainland China will be offered for the first time and two themed casinos will be among the first post-recession additions to Vegas' skyline.

Executives say they're capitalizing on both burgeoning Chinese wealth and the Asian-American population growth.

The new casinos boast of featuring what the mainstays like MGM Grand, Wynn and Venetian have quietly offered for years, including food, language services and baccarat, but with the added touch of spotlighting the Chinese heritage and culture.
