A New Hampshire prep school graduate convicted of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old freshman girl as part of a game of sexual conquest is again out on bail pending appeal.

Owen Labrie's bail was revoked in March after he admitted violating his curfew. He appealed to the state Supreme Court, which returned the matter to the trial court. A jail official said Labrie was set up on Thursday with electronic monitoring via GPS as required by the judge who granted his release request Monday.

Labrie, now 20, was 18 when he was arrested in 2014, days after graduating from St. Paul's School in Concord.

He testified during his trial that he and the girl had consensual sexual contact, but he denied having intercourse.

He was sentenced to one year in jail.
