Police are investigating a fight that left one person died and seven others injured at a motorcycle expo in Denver.

Denver Police Department spokesman Raquel Lopez says she wasn't aware of any arrests following the Saturday afternoon incident at the Colorado Motorcycle Expo, held at the National Western Complex.

Police Chief Robert White said Saturday that the incident involved members of biker clubs but he declined to identify the clubs.

Attorney Stephen Stubbs told The Associated Press that the person killed was a member of the Mongols Motorcycle Club. Stubbs represents the club but would not identify the member.

Police have not released any names.

The Colorado Motorcycle Expo was to continue Sunday, but the city ordered organizers to cancel the event.
