A man who was arrested in Pittsburgh Sunday after hurting a woman when he kicked a steel barrier told police he was an IRS agent and tried to bribe officers into letting him go.

According to CBS Pittsburgh, Stephen Sapp, 29, was intoxicated during the Pittsburgh Steelers/Baltimore Ravens game and refused to leave Heinz Stadium, police said.

Sapp began to push and throw steel dividers, and kicked a barrier, which hit a woman on the other side, knocking her unconscious.

Sapp reportedly resisted arrest and sustained cuts during a struggle with police.

At the hospital, Sapp allegedly tried to bribe officers to let him go.

“Listen, I know how this works. How much money will it take to make this go away and to let me go home today?" Sapp said, according to the criminal complaint.  “Look, I am an IRS agent and I can help you in other ways if you let me go home and make this go away.”

Sapp is currently being held on $10,000 bond. He faces charges including aggravated assault, defiant trespass, resisting arrest, recklessly endangering another person and bribery, the report said.
