An Arizona woman is searching for the good Samaritan she says helped save her life following a serious car accident in May.
Christina Sbraccia, 23, said the woman — who solely identified herself as “Renee” — pulled her to safety from her burning vehicle on Riggs Road and Val Vista Drive on May 28 in Gilbert, Ariz., MyFoxPhoenix.com reports.
Sbraccia, whose right leg was broken in six places, said the woman kept her neck braced, preventing further injury. She believes she could have been paralyzed if not for the woman’s compassion and quick thinking.
“She rushed over to my side [and] she said, ‘I’m Renee, I’m going to help you but you need to stay still, you can’t move your spine or your neck,’” Sbraccia told the station.
Sbraccia described “Renee” as woman in her 40s with blue eyes and straight red hair.
“It might be silly, but she kind of seems like an earthbound angel,” Sbraccia continued. “I mean, she really just showed up at the perfect time for me. I don’t think anyone could have done what she did.”
