Texas Rangers say there isn't enough evidence to pursue criminal charges after several unidentified immigrants were found buried in single graves.

The agency released a report saying Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, a funeral home in the border town of Falfurrias (fal-FYOO'-ree-uhs), didn't violate Texas law or overcharge the county for the burials.

The funeral home says it had advised Brooks County officials about limited cemetery space.

The Corpus Christi Caller-Times (http://bit.ly/1rKd6ys ) reports that the findings were released after a grand jury didn't indict anyone.

County commissioners approved an investigation in June after a group helping reunite immigrant families exhumed several bodies at Sacred Heart Burial Park. Some remains were in trash bags.

Texas Rangers interviewed forensic anthropologists and funeral home officials. The Texas Funeral Services Commission also found no violations.
