A clerk at a Texas gun shop that sold the weapons used in two shooting rampages at Fort Hood says the store isn't to blame.

Fort Hood officials say Guns Galore is where Spc. Ivan Lopez bought the .45-caliber pistol used to kill three people and wound 16 others at the military base this week.

The same gun shop sold a semi-automatic pistol and high-capacity magazines in 2009 to Nidal Hasan, who then killed 13 people during a shooting rampage at the Army post.

Greg Ebert is a longtime clerk at Guns Galore. He declined comment on Lopez but says they can only control what happens inside the store.

Investigators believe Lopez's unstable mental health condition likely contributed to Wednesday's attack.
