A Pennsylvania woman charged with killing a man she met through Craigslist has started revealing information about 22 other murders she says she committed.

Miranda Barbour, 19, met 42-year-old Troy LaFerrara, of Port Trevorton, through Craigslist and stabbed him to death in her parked car in Sunbury last November with the help of her husband, Elytte Barbour, police say.

In her first jailhouse interview in February, Barbour claimed she had killed more than 20 people in Alaska, Texas, North Carolina and California, as part of a murder spree fueled by her satanic cult beliefs.

In her second interview with The Daily Item of Sunbury, which was conducted on Tuesday and made public Saturday, Barbour said she committed murders in Big Lake, Alaska; Mexico Beach, Fla., and Raleigh, N.C.

“They are looking for full bodies,” Barbour said, speaking from the State Correctional Institution in Muncy, a maximum security women’s prison. “They won’t find any. But they will find body parts.”

Barbour claims that there are body parts in the waters of Big Lake and that she also dumped a body off Interstate 95 outside of Raleigh. She declined to elaborate.

Investigators in each location told The Daily Item that they are taking Barbour’s claims seriously, but they are not aware of any unsolved homicides. Authorities say they have not found any evidence to substantiate her other claims.

Barbour has also said that two other men had responded to her ad for companionship before LaFerrara did, but they never showed up, and their failure to do so saved their lives.
