A 22-year-old Montana woman accused of pushing her new husband off a cliff to his death in Glacier National Park is being arraigned on murder charges.

Jordan Linn Graham of Kalispell is scheduled to appear in U.S. District Court in Missoula on Friday afternoon.

A federal grand jury indicted Graham Thursday on charges of first-degree murder, second-degree murder and making a false statement.

Prosecutors say she first lied about 25-year-old Cody Lee Johnson's death then later confessed to pushing him off a cliff near a popular trail after the two argued on July 7.

Johnson and Graham had been married for eight days after a two-year courtship. Investigators say Graham told a friend she was having second thoughts about her new marriage and planned to confront Johnson about it.
