An attorney for a woman suing Casey Anthony for defamation says he will take her deposition next month.

Matt Morgan said Thursday that the deposition is set for October.

Anthony's attorney Charles Greene was out of state and didn't immediately return a phone call.

Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez claims she was defamed by Anthony, who told detectives that a baby sitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez had kidnapped her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. The detectives were investigating the girl's 2008 disappearance.

Anthony was acquitted in 2011 of murdering her daughter.

Anthony's attorney has said that details Anthony offered about the accused baby sitter did not match Fernandez-Gonzalez and clearly showed Anthony wasn't talking about her.
