Investigators in Benton County, Ark., have renewed interest in the disappearance of a 15-year-old girl in 2006.

Benton County Sheriff Kelley Cradduck says the agency received an anonymous letter that provided new leads in the case. Cradduck says there are new persons of interest.

April Andrews vanished while walking to church on Nov. 18, 2006, in Pea Ridge.

Fayetteville television station KHOG reports that investigators are talking to some figures in the case who were interviewed at the time of the girl's disappearance.

Also, after receiving the letter, deputies searched a pond but did not find new evidence.

"The letter was not specific enough for us to continue and justify the search in that area of the pond, so we're going to focus on the new leads it has produced with individuals that have come forward,"  Kelley Cradduck, the sheriff from Benton County, told 4029TV.com.
