School bus overturns in Florida, no injuries reported

A school bus in Florida overturned early Friday in Tampa, authorities said.

The two children on the bus were not injured, although the bus and another vehicle involved were badly damaged, police told MyFoxTampaBay.com.

The accident occurred at Nebraska and Palm streets in the city’s Ybor City section. Police said the other vehicle, which was heavily damaged, may have ran a red light and struck the bus.

The area was closed following the crash.
