A California attorney is in hot water after he and several others allegedly caused almost $100,000 worth of damage to a Las Vegas hotel room in a wild 'Hangover'-style night.

Fox 5 reports 45-year-old Robert Pearman was arrested after police received a call that several people were trashing the room at the Encore Las Vegas hotel and casino and being belligerent to security.

According to the police report, the room was in total disarray and several items in the room were damaged including carpeting, the stone floors, the drapery panel, chairs, pillow shams, lamp shades, a book on Michelangelo, a speaker and a decorative vase.

The damage was estimated at $96,270.

Fox 5 reports Pearman reportedly told police he was an attorney and would "depose Steve Wynn and make this place napalm."

However, he then allegedly admitted to causing the damage.

"I take full responsibility for what happened here," Pearman said according to Fox 5. "We were partying. I did all of this. I am responsible for all these people. Let my people go."

Pearman was charged with malicious destruction of property and was also sued for more than $10,000. Court records show Pearman's lawyers are blaming a "third party" for the damage, The Las Vegas Review Journal reports.
