The parents of two children police say were stabbed to death in their New York City apartment by a nanny are sharing their hurt and healing with the world through Facebook.

Kevin and Marina Krim are posting messages as they make plans to carry on with their surviving child, 4-year-old Nessie.

The Krims spent weeks grieving their children's October slayings in their native California. They're now driving a recreational vehicle back to New York.

Six-year-old Lulu and 2-year-old Leo were stabbed in a bathroom of the family's apartment.

Police say nanny Yoselyn Ortega lay nearby after slitting her own throat and wrists. The Dominican Republic native survived and has pleaded not guilty to murder charges. She's at a prison hospital.

The Krims have started the Lulu & Leo Fund to raise money for children's education and enrichment programs.
