NEW YORK – The parents of two children police say were stabbed to death in their New York City apartment by a nanny are sharing their hurt and healing with the world through Facebook.
Kevin and Marina Krim are posting messages as they make plans to carry on with their surviving child, 4-year-old Nessie.
