The trucker involved in Kerry Kennedy's driving-while-impaired arrest has pleaded guilty to a traffic infraction.

The clerk at North Castle Town Court says Rocco Scuiletti (skoo-ee-LEH'-tee) was fined $130 on Nov. 16 for disobeying a traffic control device. He had been charged with leaving the scene of an accident.

Kennedy is a daughter of the late Sen. Robert F. Kennedy. Police say her Lexus swerved across Interstate 684 in North Castle in July and swiped Scuiletti's tractor trailer.

He says he didn't stop because his truck was undamaged.

Tests found a small amount of a sleeping drug in Kennedy's blood. She has pleaded not guilty to driving while impaired with drugs and says she believes she accidentally took a sleeping pill.

She is due in court Jan. 15.
