Witnesses reported seeing a possible female student from the University of Texas-Pan American being forced into a car by two men Tuesday night on the school's campus, The Monitor, a newspaper in Rio Grande Valley, reported.
Authorities received the call at 7:15 p.m. The witness described a man placing his hand over the woman’s mouth and forcing her into a silver-and-black car, possibly a Mercury Cougar, the report said. There were two suspects described as Hispanic males.
One suspect reportedly has a dark complexion and light beard and the other is in his mid-20s, 5’8” and weighs about 240 pounds.
