A school bus driver is being held on $10,000 bail after being arrested for driving under the influence and causing an accident Monday.

Erick. K. Paulik, 37, was reportedly tailgating a minivan school bus and hit it from behind after failing to stop at an intersection, MyFoxBoston.com reports.

Four students and two adult monitors were on Paulik’s bus at the time, while four students were in the bus that was hit, the news station reports.

Police arrived at the scene and question Paulik who was reportedly given field sobriety tests before being arrested.

Paulik is charged with operating under the influence of intoxicating alcohol, child endangerment while operating under the influence, and failure to slow down while approaching an intersection, MyFoxBoston reports.

No injuries were reported.
