Louisiana Lottery Corp. officials say two winning lottery tickets worth $3 million each were both sold at the same gas station in Denham Springs.

Each ticket contained three plays worth 1 million dollars each.

The usual match-5 prize is $250,000, but when the optional $1-per-play Megaplier option is purchased, the prize becomes $1 million.

The winning tickets were drawn in Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing.

Officials say one of the winners claimed his prize Wednesday. The other ticket has not been claimed.

The tickets were sold at the Murphy Express gas station on La. Highway 16 in Denham Springs.

The owner of the gas station will receive a bonus of $60,000, or one percent of the prize, for selling the winning tickets.
