Construction crews have demolished the Delaware office complex where former pediatrician Earl Bradley sexually abused scores of young patients.

Bradley was sentenced in August to 14 life sentences without parole for 14 counts of first-degree rape. He also was sentenced to more than 160 years in prison for multiple counts of assault and sexual exploitation of a child.

A local real estate agent who bought Bradley's office property in foreclosure said he would raze the buildings, a move applauded by state authorities. The office complex is in Lewes, Del.

A spokesman for the attorney general's office said officials agreed that demolishing the buildings was in the best interest of the victims, their families and the community.
