A former Delaware pediatrician charged with sexually assaulting scores of patients over more than a decade wants to waive his right to a jury trial.

A hearing on the request by Earl Bradley is scheduled for Monday.

Last month, the judge in the case denied a request by Bradley's attorneys to suppress evidence seized by police executing a search warrant at his office in Lewes. Police say that evidence includes homemade videos showing Bradley molesting patients.

Bradley's trial is scheduled to begin June 1.

Bradley has been in custody since he was arrested in December 2009.
