Woman Accused of Punching Police Horse Outside Nightclub

A Florida woman found herself behind bars after she punched a horse outside a nightclub, the Tampa Tribune reported Sunday.
Three cops on horseback were clearing a crowd outside Club Prana in Ybor City early Sunday morning when Angelica Rene Ayala grabbed the reins of one of the horses and punched it in the neck, police told the Tampa Tribune.
Ayala was charged with an offense against a police animal, a misdemeanor. “Buddy” was not injured in the equine attack.
