The Wayne County prosecutor has charged a woman who authorities say hosted a party offering prostitutes' services and partially nude dancing by two 16-year-old girls, including the woman's daughter.

Prosecutor Kym Worthy on Monday charged Tracey Annette Abdur-Rasheed, 34, of Detroit with child sexually abusive material, a felony carrying up to 20 years in prison, a felony charge of marijuana possession and a misdemeanor count of alcohol-furnishing place for consideration.

Two 28-year-old Detroit men also were arrested during a predawn police raid Sunday. Stanley Ferguson faces alcohol-furnishing and felony firearms charges, while Samuel A. Benning is charged with possessing and delivering Ecstasy. Both men also are charged with being fourth-time habitual offenders, which could extend their sentences to life in prison upon conviction.

Wayne County Sheriff Warren Evans said men attending the party paid a $15 cover charge plus whatever the prostitutes charged for sex. He said most of the 19 prostitutes and approximately 20 johns were ticketed and released.

Abdur-Rasheed's daughter was taken into protective custody. The other 16-year-old was released to her parents.

Worthy spokeswoman Maria Miller said she didn't know if the suspects had lawyers and declined to release further details of the charges.
