In a few days, we expect President Bush will announce an end to the combat phase to the war in Iraq, but there's still no sign of Saddam Hussein or his weapons of mass destruction. As Scott Peterson sits in jail, questions are being raised about his past. Joining us on the phone from San Diego, is Eric Salzmann, a long-time family friend of Scott Peterson and the Peterson family.
Scott and Laci Peterson's unborn baby surfaced near the San Francisco Bay on April 13. The next day, Laci's remains were found. But was it the first time Modesto police located the bodies? William Brand of The Oakland Tribune joins us for this stunning report.
Laci Peterson's family announced today they will hold a public memorial service for Laci and her unborn son, Conner, on May 4. This would have been Laci's 28th birthday. Two days later, her husband, Scott Peterson, will be back in court for a bail hearing.
