On the heels of Odell Beckham Jr.'s temper tantrums on the sideline and his flag-inducing play on the field, the Giants wide receiver has become a focal point of discussion in the past few weeks. He's been called a distraction and is being picked on by everyone from Eli Manning to Tom Coughlin, with few coming to his defense.

Among all the criticism Beckham has received, leave it to a division rival to back his actions. Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant sent out a couple of tweets Wednesday seemingly defending Beckham and his emotional few weeks, apologizing to those "who don't understand that."

Bryant and Beckham, despite playing for opposing teams in the NFC East, have a great relationship. In Week 1, they were spotted playing catch on the field before kickoff and shared a hug.

It should be no surprise that Bryant, an emotional player himself, is coming to Beckham's defense. He's no stranger to voicing his opinion on the sideline, though he typically does it to fire up his team and provide a boost. Perhaps Beckham needs to channel his emotions and frustration in a similar fashion.
