PADRES MOVES

After the hiring of Andy Green last week, the Padres have made a couple moves since. Pitching coach Darren Balsley appears to be returning, via a report from Corey Brock, and the Friars exercised a club option on RHP Joaquin Benoit for 2016. Next up, the Padres look to make offers to Justin Upton and Ian Kennedy.
