Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton may now be the NFL's version of Mr. October after receiving another league honor Thursday, his 28th birthday.

Dalton was named AFC offensive player of the month for October after racking up 895 yards and six touchdowns with one interception in three games -- all wins for the Bengals. Dalton finished October as the highest-rated passer in the NFL (116.1).

Dalton has the Bengals off to their best start since 1988 at 6-0. He has 14 passing touchdowns and just two interceptions this season.

He also claimed the award in October 2013.
