The Atlanta Falcons had a fairly active week after their 10-7 victory over the Tennessee Titans in Week 7.

According to AtlantaFalcons.com, the team not only signed running back Gus Johnson and wide receiver Devon Wylie to the practice squad, but also brought back safety Charles Godfrey to the active roster as well.

The Godfrey move is by far the most intriguing of the bunch, largely due to the fact that the team released him in September, re-signed him early in October and then let him go once again just over a week ago.

It's been a bit of a whirlwind for Godfrey to this point, but it's a safe guess that he's probably happy to be back on the active roster in Atlanta. There's a chance he may be jumping into the action as well, due to a groin injury that William Moore suffered against the Titans.
