Andy Gallik's first career start for the Tennessee Titans was a short one.

Gallik, a the Titans' 2015 sixth-round pick out of Boston College, started Sunday's 10-7 loss to the Atlanta Falcons at center in place of Brian Schwenke, who was lost for the season with a leg injury suffered last week.

Unfortunately, Gallik himself was hurt Sunday, suffering what the team's official website described as a stinger late in the first half.

The rookie was forced from the game and replaced by veteran Joe Looney, who signed with the Titans earlier in the week after Schwenke was placed on injured reserve.

There was no immediate word on Gallik's status for next week's game against the Houston Texans.
