Even through two preseason games, the connection on the field between Russell Wilson and Jimmy Graham has been quite evident.

When the Seahawks traded for Graham in the offseason, they were acquiring a three-time Pro Bowler and an offensive weapon who has averaged about 950 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns per season.

"I just need to be me," Graham said, via USA TODAY Sports. "I just need to keep performing at this level that I've been performing these last couple years."

It's clear that Graham improves the team's passing game and makes the offense much more lethal.

But more than anything, the 6-foot-7 tight end is excited to see how both he and Russell Wilson can grow together and help each other.

"I think there's no ceiling to how good this connection could be on the field and also off the field," Graham said, via USA TODAY Sports. "We get along so well. He's just been awesome."
