The Anaheim Ducks announced the signing of left wing Brandon McMillan to a three-year entry-level contract Friday.

McMillan, 20, appeared in 55 games in his fourth season with the Kelowna Rockets of the Western Hockey League in 2009-10, scoring 25 goals and 42 assists with 63 penalty minutes and a plus-11 rating. McMillan (5-foot-11, 185 pounds) also led the Rockets in postseason scoring with 15 points (5 goals, 10 assists) in 12 games.

In addition, McMillan, a native of Richmond, British Columbia, appeared for Team Canada at the 2010 IIHF World Junior Championship in Regina and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, scoring 4 goals and 8 points in six contests en route to the silver medal.

McMillan scored 56 goals and 113 assists in 251 career WHL games. Anaheim selected McMillan in the third round, No. 85, of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft.
