VIDEO: A Tea Party Perspective on the Budget

Congress will be dissecting, discussing, and evaluating President Obama's 2012 budget proposal this week. Some of them, including 85 House Republicans, will be doing it for the first time.

Many of those new Republicans rode into office on a wave of support from Tea Party activists, who advocate cutting the size of government in order to close America's yawning budget deficit. What will they want to see in next year's financial roadmap?

We talked to one of them, Rep. David Schweikert of Arizona's fifth district, to hear what he thinks needs to be done to secure America's fiscal future and his impressions of the president's plan.
