While Delaware Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell has insisted she's not a witch, being called a witch with a "b" on talk show "The View" actually worked out pretty well for fellow Tea Party darling Sharron Angle, the Nevada Senate challenger indicated Wednesday.

"The View" host Joy Behar told viewers Wednesday that she received flowers and a thank you note from Sharron Angle after launching into a salty diatribe about the candidate on the show the day before. "Joy, raised $150,000 online yesterday. Thanks for your help," the note read.

Behar, not known for mincing words, expressed outrage on Tuesday over Angle's controversial TV ad, "The Wave," which slams opponent and Senate Majority leader Harry Reid for his immigration policies by juxtaposing images of thug-like men crossing the border with cherubic white children sitting in class.

Angle is "a moron on top of being evil," Behar said. "I'd like to see her do this ad in the South Bronx. Come here, bitch, come to New York and do it." To the protests of co-hosts Sherri Shepherd and Elisabeth Hasselbeck, she predicted, "She is going to hell, this bitch."

It's not the first time Behar has caused a stir by colorfully expounding on politics. In 2007, the host compared several GOP presidential hopefuls to the Ku Klux Klan after some of them declined to attend a debate at a largely black university. On Oct. 14, Behar and co-host Whoopi Goldberg stormed off the set during a heated back-and-forth with Fox News host Bill O'Reilly over the New York mosque controversy.

"You were so offensive to many people that they will raise money to whomever you disapprove of," Barbara Walters told Behar Wednesday, after she reasoned that her diatribe against Angle would also raise funds for Reid.

"You know what's offensive? Watching those ads and watching people who work for a living made to look like villains. That's what's offensive, not what I said, ok? Let's get that straight, America," Behar said.

"I would like to point out that those flowers were picked by illegal immigrants," she added, addressing Angle directly to tell the candidate to donate her money to charity instead of spending it on flowers. "And they're not voting for you, bitch."
