Last night Jennifer Griffin moderated the 'Wounded Warrior Experience' featuring 10 extraordinary men who have scarified everything for our freedom. They spoke on their experiences and their injuries, care and recovery, and returning back to their lives and career's after their injuries. What was most remarkable was their spirits and sense of humor despite what they have had to deal with.
The annual event was put on by the American Veterans Center and the United States Naval Memorial and presented by the Military Order of the Purple Heart Service Foundation. The program will air on the Pentagon Channel on Veterans Day, November 11th, so please check your local listings for times.
