We turned to Tim Hass, general manager at Proof Restaurant at the Four Seasons in Scottsdale, Arizona, to show us some unique holiday drinks.
He walked us through making Figure it Out--a vodka-based drink with muddled fig, roasted apples and a sprig on mint to top it all off. Yum.
