Channing Tatum, Jenna Dewan split after 9 years
Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan announced their decision to split after nine years of marriage, but there were signs indicating the couple was on the rocks some time before that.
Three weeks after Jenna Dewan Tatum and Channing Tatum announced their separation, the actress has dropped her estranged husband’s last name on social media.
The “World of Dance” host, who has slowly been returning to social media since the announcement, is now simply going by Jenna Dewan on both Instagram and Twitter.
Tatum doesn’t seem to have taken the move that hard, though, as he liked a photo she posted of herself in lingerie on Thursday.
The couple announced in a joint statement on April 2 that they’d “lovingly chosen to separate as a couple.”
“We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together,” they said. “Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now.”
At the time, a Hollywood source told Page Six the couple had separated “due to spending more time apart because of the pressure of work.”
