Bella Hadid opened up about her faith in a new interview.

The model told Porter magazine her father, Mohamed Hadid, would pray with her and her siblings growing up.

"He was always religious, and he always prayed with us. I am proud to be a Muslim," she shared.

Real estate mogul Mohamed Hadid was born in Nazareth, Israel and later lived in Syria and Lebanon before moving to America when he was 14-years-old.

The 20-year-old also addressed her split from longtime boyfriend The Weeknd.

"I'm just really focusing on myself, and my work, and just being the best that I can be," she told the magazine. "I'm not really worried about what guys think about me, I'm just trying to be a woman!"
