In a press release issued on Wednesday, One Direction singer Zayn Malik officially confirmed his departure from the band. The rest of the group is said to be continuing on "as a four-piece" for the foreseeable future, or at least until Sammy Hagar decides that, hey, he'd like to try his hand at "Night Changes."

On Wednesday, Entertainment Weekly unveiled a first look at Jesse Eisenberg in character as Lex Luthor for the upcoming "Batman v. Superman" film (below).
