David Cassidy’s finances are in shambles.

The former “Partridge Family” star filed for bankruptcy protection on Feb. 11, reports Us Weekly.

Cassidy, 64, allegedly owes hundreds of thousands of dollars to various creditors including a hefty $292,598 to Well Fargo, $21,952 to American Express and $17,150 to Citi.

It’s been a trying year for Cassidy. In March 2014, he was sentenced to three months’ rehab and five years’ probation for drunken driving back in January of that year.

In a separate case, Cassidy pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated in upstate New York back in September. He received a tentative sentence of 50 hours of community service.

His wife of 23 years, Sue Cassidy, also filed for divorce in 2014, reports TMZ. “This has been looming for some time,” she said. “I am truly heartbroken that our marriage is ending.”
