PASADENA, Calif. – Keith Urban has a sense of humor, even when it comes to his wife dating someone else.
The "American Idol" judge dished about watching "The Tonight Show" episode in which his wife, Nicole Kidman, revealed to late-night host Jimmy Fallon she would have been open to dating him. Kidman said on the show the one time she actually hung out with Fallon, he was awkward and blew his chance.
“I laughed at the whole date experience,” Urban told reporters at the TCA Winter Press Tour on Saturday, referencing the episode's uncomfortable moment.
He said he was well aware of the “date” the two had been on but he didn’t know “the intricate details” of their experience until he saw the show.

“I could relate to that a lot,” he said of Fallon’s experience.
On the show, which aired on Jan. 6, Kidman revealed to Fallon, “I just remember I liked you.”
A shocked Fallon replied, “Wait… what? Did I date Nicole Kidman?! Was that a date?!”
Urban said he thought the episode was funny. He and Kidman have been married since 2006.
