Pee Wee Herman's creepy smile may have something to do with him landing at No. 2 on the list, Charlie Sheen's very public meltdown in 2011 is probably to blame for his freaky reputation and Lady Gaga's… well… everything makes her a perfect candidate to be a creepy celeb. Heck, even Miley Cyrus weirds people out!
