Lindsay Lohan has completed her 90-day stint in rehab. Lohan left the Malibu facility where she was being treated Tuesday, TMZ reports.

The actress will stay with a sober coach in Los Angeles for the next few days because she "feels she needs a transition period before re-entering the free world," sources tell TMZ. Afterward, she plans to move back to New York City.

Lohan began her mandated rehab stint at the Betty Ford clinic in May and later transferred to Cliffside Malibu. She was ordered to rehab after she violated her probation last summer by lying to a police officer at the scene of a car accident.

Lohan's new film, "The Canyons," opens Friday. She's scheduled to guest-host "Chelsea Lately" on Monday and will sit down with Oprah Winfrey for an interview that is scheduled to air on OWN on Aug. 18. She has also signed on to do an eight-episode docu-series for OWN that will premiere next year.
