Robert Pattinson parties, schedules first interview since Kristen Stewart cheating scandal

Robert Pattinson has emerged from hiding after news broke that his girlfriend Kristen Stewart cheated on him with director Rupert Sanders, according to Celebuzz.com.
The “Twilight” actor went out for a night on the town with a few pals at the country-western bar, “The Deer Lodge” in Ojai, Calif., where he has reportedly been staying on the ranch estate of his “Water for Elephants” co-star Reese Witherspoon.
Pattinson was treated to some live music Saturday and one of the bands he came to see told Celebuzz that they were very flattered that he listened to them to help forget his girl problems.
“ Even though we didn’t get a chance to say hello, we are glad to have helped him get over his recent heartbreak,” Ryan Ross from The Lonely Wild told Celebuzz. “Sometimes a couple drinks, some friends, and some loud music are the best medicine.”
Pattinson is said to have gone relatively unnoticed in the crowd and was there just talking with friends and listening to music.
Pattinson is schedule to give an interview to “Good Morning America” next week to promote his film “Cosmopolis.” The interview, which will take place live on August 15, will be the first time he has spoken with the press since the scandal broke last month.
