Billboard’s Silvio Pietroluongo joined Fox411 Playlist once again this week, where he helped us break down the week’s biggest chart-toppers.

Gotye’s hit breakup song “Somebody That I Used To Know” remains at number one on the Hot 100 for a fifth week in a row and surpasses four million downloads. Over on the Dance/Club Songs list Jennifer Lopez shows that she has reason to “Dance Again” as her hit tune peaked at number one. Silvio also points out the week’s highest debut on the Billboard 200 which is the number six spot that belongs to Silversun Pickups’ “Neck of the Woods.”

In more Billboard news, Whitney Houston will be honored at this year’s music awards, set to take place on May 20th in Las Vegas. The late singer will receive the Billboard Millennium Award for her impressive career including being the first woman to debut at number one on the Billboard 200 back in 1987. Singers Jordin Sparks and John Legend will perform a tribute to the iconic performer.

Houston’s mentor Clive Davis was honored by the alcohol and drug addiction treatment center Caron New York this week along with Judy Collins. Davis spoke about the event to Fox411 and said “It’s organizations like the Caron Foundation that have done so much good, we have to really applaud.” The gala included a performance by Liza Minnelli.
